KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. -- KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., April 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Cytokine PharmaSciences, Inc. (CPSI) has signed an exclusive license with Integrity Pharmaceutical Corporation for U.S. rights to market CPSI's second-generation cervical ripening product. Cervical ripening agents are used as a first step in the induction of labor when a woman is at or past her delivery date. Through the agreement, CPSI will receive an up-front payment, milestones and royalties. CPSI will manage all pre-NDA clinical work; Integrity will share expenses for this work.
