ARKANSAS' ONLY CONTRI-bution to the world of dot-com stocks isn't quite dead, but it's hard to figure out what's keeping PetQuarters Inc. alive.

A Web presence lingers with Petquarters.com, and a few shares of PetQuarters' sub-penny stock occasionally trade. But what was supposed to be a pet supply retailer has lost virtually all of its assets, including a mail-order warehouse in Pennsylvania, and doesn't even seem to have offices or any source of revenue.
