As war unfolds, Minnesota dairy farmer Ron Durst is thinking about how to best protect his milk - and the nation's food supply - from terrorists.
Durst's concerns are shared by many, from feedlot owners to agriculture officials to University of Minnesota experts who are spearheading national efforts to counter bioterrorism.
Minnesota Agriculture Commissioner Gene Hugoson and commodity groups are urging farmers, their neighbors and food processors to be vigilant and take precautions.
