Colonels Joseph and Gladys DeMichael, Divisional Leaders of The Salvation Army's Western Pennsylvania Division are pleased to announce the 2003 Allegheny County Annual Appreciation Luncheon Award Winners. Recipients will be feted at the organization's Annual Luncheon on Friday, May 9th at the Pittsburgh Hilton and Towers.
