The Board of Directors of Universal Domains Inc. (OTC BB:UDCCF) is pleased to announce the completion and closing of the acquisition of the Puckett Field Project from Hawkeye Drilling Co.
Universal has effectively issued 20% of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock to the shareholders of Hawkeye Drilling Co. In addition, Universal paid Hawkeye $30,000 U.S. Dollars. UDCCF will contribute an additional $50,000 towards rework of existing wells, drill and complete an earning well and, in return, received 75% of the assets of the project and proportionate entitlement to ...
