New Orleans -- By 9 a.m. Friday, Tom Sullivan had lost $20 at Harrah's casino in New Orleans. By 11 a.m., he and his buddies had fallen in love with a bar called Bazoo's, with its three-for-one bottles of beer.
By 1 p.m., he was shooting photographs of Syracuse University's basketball stars, escorted to their practice at the Louisiana Superdome by police motorcycles with screaming sirens.
"I'm on cloud nine," said Sullivan, a New Venture Gear engineer who lives in East Syracuse.
