Four Points by Sheraton and its parent company, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. of White Plains announce the brand's first New York City property, Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan, slated for a July opening.
The newly built 158-room Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan will be in the fashionable Chelsea district of Manhattan, known for its multitude of galleries, eclectic nightlife, outstanding restaurants and shopping. The hotel is owned by Chelsea Grand' L.L.C. and operated by Interstate Hotels.
