WASHINGTON -- WASHINGTON, April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Members of the Appraisal Institute's Leadership Development and Advisory Council (LDAC) applauded Congressman E. Clay Shaw, Jr. (R-Fla.) for introducing legislation that will bolster the real estate markets and promote economic development. The 12-term Congressman addressed the group at its annual leadership meeting on Capitol Hill last week.
