MOUNT HOREB -- A controversial $90 million development that was to be the largest new neighborhood ever built in Mount Horeb is being scrapped.
Horeb's Corners -- a complex, 134-acre mixed use Community by Design development that has been plagued by delays, red tape and zoning issues -- is giving way to a less ambitious project that village officials say better fits with their long-term goals.
