FLAG Telecom (NASDAQ:FTHL; LSE:FTL), a leading independent global carriers' carrier, and Telecom Egypt announced today that the companies had signed an agreement to offer Managed Bandwidth Services (MBS) and other IP-based services, between the centre of Cairo and worldwide business centres.

Under the terms of the agreement, Telecom Egypt and FLAG Telecom will jointly provide network services to the international carrier community and ISPs supported by a service level agreement with the customer.
