JOLIET -- Zonta Club of the Joliet Area is part of Zonta International, a worldwide service organization of executives in business and the professions working together to advance the status of women, through service and fellowship. There are more than 1,000 clubs in 52 counties throughout the world, with more than 30,000 members.

Locally, the Zonta Club of the Joliet Area meets monthly, conducting a business meeting and presenting members with an informative program. Zontians are kept informed of local club news through their monthly newsletter, Z Notes.
