Holly Masek believes Glen Higginbotham Jr., the man who caused the drunken-driving crash that killed her 10-year-old niece in downtown Lockport last May, is guilty of murder.
Cristena Pirc insists the same is true about Thomas Pomykala, the drunken driver who caused the collision that took the life of her 4-year-old daughter in February 1999 on Joliet's West Side.
Both women feel justice would be served if these men spend the rest of their lives in prison.
But neither Higginbotham nor Pomykala was charged with murder.
