Cristena Pirc insists the same is true about Thomas Pomykala, the drunken driver who caused the collision that took the life of her 4-year-old daughter in February 1999 on Joliet's West Side.

Both women feel justice would be served if these men spend the rest of their lives in prison.

But neither Higginbotham nor Pomykala was charged with murder.
