Joliet Groundbreaking for Lakewood Homes' new Lakewood on Caton Farm single-family community is scheduled for July. "At that time, we'll be breaking ground for eight new models including four duplex and four single-family plans," said Debbie Falbo-Duncan, vice president of sales for the Hoffman Estates-based developers.

The four duplex models will include Austin, Bentley, Camden and Drake plans -- the full duplex line being featured at Caton Farm.

These 924 to 1,623-square-foot homes are base-priced from $99,990 to $107,990 and include two or three bedrooms, up to 2-1/2 baths and attached garage.
