Groundbreaking ceremonies for Lakewood Homes' new Lakewood on Caton Farm single-family community in Joliet have been scheduled for July.
"At that time, we'll be breaking ground for eight new models including four duplex and four single-family plans," said Debbie Falbo-Duncan, vice president of sales for the Hoffman Estates-based developers.
The four duplex models will include an Austin, Bentley, Camden and Drake plan -- the full duplex line being featured at Caton Farm.
