With record temperatures all over the country, staying cool this summer is of concern to everyone.
But when you're pregnant and dealing with hormone surges, added body weight and ever-changing physical phenomena, the heat can be extra troublesome.
Here are some no-nonsense yet creative approaches to staying cool (and sane) during the summer heat.
