Incentives abound for buyers who want to take advantage of the remaining opportunities at Lakewood on Caton Farm.
"We're offering $10,000 in free upgrades plus oak or white Colonist trim standard on all our single-family homes.
On our duplex homes, we're offering buyers $5,000 in free upgrades on all new builds," said Robin Johnson, general sales manager for Lakewood Homes, developers of the new 380-home community.
Of the 30 remaining single-family homes, Johnson said approximately one-third are in premium locations bordering a 25-acre wooded tract along the DuPage River.
