over sale of alcohol to minors NORTH AURORA -- Fed up with a string of incidents involving underage drinking at the AMF Valley Lanes, village officials plan to conduct a hearing in the coming weeks to discuss the status of the bowling alley's liquor license.

Village President Mark Ruby announced the pending hearing at this week's Village Board meeting, indicating his displeasure with the situation.

Ruby said he did not want to prejudge the situation, but, because of repeated incidents at the bowling alley requiring a formal hearing, his ire "can be read into it."
