Aurora -- Industrial park buys McKee Door facility Aurora Avenue Industrial Park LLC has completed the purchase of the former McKee Door industrial facility on Route 25.
Terms and sale price weren't disclosed, but the asking price for the 180,000-square-foot facility was $1.2 million, according to Coldwell Banker Primus Realty, which represented ownership in the property's sale.
The complex, situated on eight acres, is being modified to accommodate multiple tenants.
