This weekend Tantillo Homes is celebrating the grand opening of Fox Ridge Creek, where four models now are open for viewing. Located in southwest suburban DuPage County on the Woodridge/Naperville border, Fox Ridge Creek will feature 74 townhomes built from four floor plans.

These two-story designs have 1,630 to 1,960 square feet of space, two or three bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths.

Standard amenities include basements, two-car garages, patios or wood decks per plan, and central air conditioning.

Base prices range from $189,900 to $222,900.
