Article: RECKLESS HOMICIDE WARRANT ISSUED IN GRAYSLAKE FATALITY

Grayslake -- Reckless homicide charges have been filed and a warrant issued for the arrest of a village resident in connection with an accident on Route 83 that killed a Round Lake Beach man. Benjamin Folden, 24, was charged with three counts of reckless homicide: one being under the influence of alcohol, another for having a blood alcohol content reading over .10 and a third for having traces of cocaine and marijuana in his bloodstream, said Stephen Scheller, chief of felony review for the Lake County State's Attorney's office.

Reckless homicide is a special Class 2 felony that requires a minimum of three years and a maximum of 14 years if convicted.
