Article: THE ART OF EATING FOOD

I can't believe it! My wife didn't like the onion soup! The most thick and flavorful, cheese-laden, piping-hot onion soup I've ever had.

Served at a little Frankfort bistro known for its deliciously created entrees, desserts ... and SOUPS! But then I thought, "Well, maybe she just doesn't like onion soup." It's not easy pleasing everybody.

And it's not that bad, not liking onion soup ... although I don't know where you could get better onion soup not to like.

She simply adored the rest of the melt-in-your-mouth meal.

But it made me think how hard it might be for a restaurant reviewer to describe an eating establishment appropriate to meet the tastes of a variety of readers.
