It's becoming a common dilemma on Naperville's southwest side, where city, county, township and school district boundaries criss-cross one another like threads in a spider web: Residential development that looks like a single unit falls within more than one school district. While the issue isn't entirely new, it's becoming more complex because of the area's growth.
