The Fox Valley-based Ice Elite Synchronized Skating Team, which consists of 22 girls form Chicago's western suburbs, took third at the 2000 Synchronized Skating Classic in Minnesota last month. The team wars identical uniforms in practice as well as competition, so mistakes are easier to spot. -- Marguerite Hiller, coach of the Ice Elite Synchronized Skating Team, gives brief instruction during practice at the Fox Valley Ice Arena. The Fox Valley-based team took third at the 2000 Synchronized Skating Classic in Minnesota last month.
