ELGIN -- It's no secret the city's new downtown recreation center will have a gym. It will, in fact, have three.

What's more difficult to figure out is what else will be housed in the $32 million, 184,722-square-foot center, which will open in fall 2002.

The center, which will be about the size of a Super Wal-mart, will offer almost as many choices.
