ALGONQUIN -- Jacobs quarterback Jim Kolzow scored five touchdowns and amassed 151 total yards, all in the first half, as the Golden Eagles survived an early scare before cruising to a 65-14 victory over Crystal Lake Central.
"It was all the offensive line," said Kolzow about his touchdowns.
"It would be different if I was touched, but the backs and the line all covered up, so it was easy for me from there."
Jacobs' defense stiffened in the second half, allowing only 36 total yards after Central had gained 255 yards through the air and ...
