Stories that don't get into the police reports: It was one of those incidents made for best drama on a cop show.
But it was in Carpentersville recently, which has the same large and small dramas and comedies that any other place has.
This one was one of those small family dramas that happen and usually no one knows about it.
A 12-year old was on the roof of his house and wouldn't come down.
He just sat up there, mad as a hornet.
The boy's name is being withheld because, well, he's only 12.
"The last straw was cleaning up his room.
He pitched the cat box and then went up on the roof," said (BOLD-TYPE)Jerry Ford(END BOLD), a Carpentersville police sergeant.
