Although the end of her time at Fox Ridge School is near, outgoing Principal Gale Minnice isn't distracted from the task at hand.
"Right now I'm really going to focus on the transition here at Fox Ridge going really well," Minnice said.
"After that, I'm going to set a priority of looking ahead to the future.
Right now, my priority is right here."
Minnice has announced her resignation from her position effective Jan. 25.
"It's a decision that I've been weighing heavily," she said.
"It's been a gut-wrenching decision to come to terms with what's next."
In a letter written to parents last week, Minnice said she will leave Fox Ridge to focus on family and new interests.
