The Saint Charles Public Art Committee has created a special snow globe featuring historic downtown buildings and icons. Sales of the globe will raise funds for the nonprofit committee.
ST. CHARLES -- Collectors, history buffs, art admirers or anyone who appreciates the old-time charm of downtown St. Charles can purchase his own piece of the city, encased in glass.
The St. Charles Public Art Committee has unveiled its snow globe, an 8-inch-high artistic creation featuring the Fox River and the historic buildings of St. Charles.
