It was a ribbon of highway, rather than a yellow brick road, that brought Mark and Janice Reaman from Niagara Falls, Canada, to the Wizard of Oz festival Friday.
And, it won't be the ruby slippers that take the couple safely home, but rather their trusty truck.
Mark Reaman said he and his wife decided to vacation to meet with friends from Warsaw and planned the trip to coincide with OzFest.
"My wife has about 140 pieces of 'Wizard of Oz' collectibles, which are hard to find in Canada," he said as the couple stopped at the Yellow Brick Road Gift Shop and Oz Fantasy Museum.
The festival continues in downtown Chesterton today ...
