SCUBA is the name of the Vacation Bible School program to be presented July 29-31 at First Church of Hobart. The name is an acronym for "super cool undersea Bible adventure," says Julie Moran, director.
The sanctuary at 10th and Wisconsin streets will be decorated as an underwater aquarium, she said.
Students will meet at the start of each day's program in the sanctuary for songs and games, then go to classes in the Sunday school department.
Hours will be 6 to 9 p.m. each day, Tuesday through Thursday.
Admission of $10 includes a T-shirt, craft materials and snacks, Moran said. It is open to all young people of the area ages ...
