Convicted felons Katie and Junifer Hall want city taxpayers to give them $50 million for their suffering. The former city clerk and chief deputy clerk, respectively, filed a motion against the city in U.S. District Court, seeking $50 million for the pain and suffering associated with their 22-count indictment.

In the filings, the Halls claim they were indicted because the city cut their operating budget for legal advice.
