Edwyna Fong of Mount Vernon, Wash., wondered if we could find the cheese (no meat) enchilada recipe that was once printed on a can of Hunt's Tomato Sauce.
We were stumped.
Many thanks for the following to Gale Molaison of Thibodeaux, La., who found the recipe in her copy of "Hunt's 100 Years of Great American Cooking (1890-1990)."

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

11/2 tablespoons chili powder
