For the second time in six weeks, police raided the Elks Club, where hundreds of people, many underage, were patronizing the private club, Lt. Roger Smith said.
The Gary Narcotics and Vice Unit, joined by the Lake County Police Special Weapons and Tactical Team and the county police gang unit, entered the bar at 612 Adams St. about 4 a.m., Smith said.
Thirteen people were arrested and taken to Gary City Jail; seven more were being held at the Lake County Jail on outstanding warrants, Smith said.
