NAPERVILLE -- Few would have predicted high-flying East Aurora would nearly squander a 15-point lead in the fourth quarter while going scoreless for five minutes in the process.
Just as wacky is that Neuqua Valley nearly won it by scoring off the deflection of a blocked shot, only to have East Aurora do the same thing at the other end seconds later to preserve its frenzied, 63-58 win over the Wildcats here Friday night.
