The beauty of "Anger Management" -- if beauty is a word that applies to a traditional Adam Sandler film -- is that it requires its star to express the sort of indignant confusion with which most critics have greeted his movies. It pulls the rug out from under him, and from under us. In "Anger Management," you see, Sandler is the sane one. Usually given to infantile fits of rage, he's mild-mannered and reserved here, playing a corporate lackey named Dave Buznik who's bullied into becoming a bully.
