In what Naperville police believe might be the biggest incident of its kind in the city's history, 68 people younger than 21 have been cited under municipal ordinances for attending a party where alcoholic beverages were served and consumed.
Seven Naperville police officers spent more than two hours late Saturday night and early Sunday morning issuing tickets to revelers attending the party at 5 N. Huffman St. on the city's near east side, police Sgt. Joel Truemper said Monday.
An estimated 150 people, most of them North Central College students, attended the gathering, Truemper said. The privately owned home, two blocks east of the college campus, is not part of the school's student ...
