CHANNAHON -- Classic Construction won the Competitive Division championship in the 22nd John Feeney Memorial Softball Tournament at the Three Rivers Festival in Channahon with an 18-15 win over Paradise Motors/Young Guns. Tony Giese had 3 hits, including a home run, for Classic Construction. Todd Matichak singled, tripled and homered. Bear Holt had 3 hits. Sean Tudhope also homered. Scott Malone and Jon Vugteveen and Jeff Spisac added 2 hits for Classic.

For Paradise, Ryan Koerner had 4 hits, including 2 doubles and a triple. Brad and Jason Beaudry, Adam Feeney and Dan Brumund had 2 hits. Cory Dillon and Darren McEvilly and Beaudry homered.

Classic finished 4-0. Paradise was 5-2.
