Downers Grove North quarterback Garrett Edwards rushed for 196 yards on 17 carries and passed for 87 yards and two touchdowns on Friday against Downers Grove South. Downers South's Alex Sandberg is taken down by North's Matthew Shelhamer and Matthew Blecha, left, during the Trojans' 39-15 victory. Sandberg led the Mustangs with 107 yards on 14 carries.

Garrett Edwards did everything he could to let the Trojans own bragging rights in Downers Grove for another year. Edwards rushed for 196 yards and two touchdowns, threw two touchdown passes to Sean Conroy and intercepted two Drew Burdi passes to lead Downers Grove North to a 39-15 win over Downers Grove South.
