Fonnie Duron and Saverio Castellucci are bringing a little bit of la dolce vita to downtown Valparaiso.
Cafe Paradiso, a paninoteca, is slated to open Sept. 1 at 24 Washington Street. A paninoteca is somewhere between a trattoria, an Italian cafe, and a cappuccino bar.
"Panino" is the Italian word for a grilled sandwich, but Cafe Paradiso will feature a lot more than sandwiches.
