Eating well
At every stage of life, healthful eating fuels fitness. Consumers can benefit from a lifelong eating pattern that promotes health by adapting food choices and physical activity to match personal needs.
Yet, statistics show not everyone is taking steps necessary to achieve good health. A recent nationwide survey conducted by The American Dietetic Association (ADA) indicates that 55 percent of Americans 55 and older say they do all they can to live a healthful lifestyle, compared to only 28 percent of 25- to 34-year-olds.
