Students in Mary Epple's second grade class at Aylesworth Elementary School not only read books, they write them.

"We've been doing books like this for years and the kids come back and look through them," Epple said.

Their most recent creation is "Our Thankful Book" A-B-C book. Each child is featured in a photo and paragraph about a letter of the alphabet.
