Don't believe for a minute that Griffith coach Russ Radtke is hurting for offense after heavy graduation losses from last season's sectional champion.
Just look at the scoreboard of the Panthers' season-opener Friday night at Hammond High: Griffith 71, Hammond 27. The Panthers, who won their 16th consecutive regular-season game, piled up a state-record 717 yards of offense - and did so with force.
