Lake County residents have until Saturday to pay delinquent taxes or be listed in a legal notice advertising the sale of their property.
The county treasurer's tax sale is Oct. 29 and 30 at the Lake County Government Center auditorium, 2293 N. Main St.
Chief Deputy Treasurer Peggy Katona said there are about 5,000 residents who have not paid property taxes due in May 1995 or prior years.
Those who are delinquent on the November 1995 installment only will not be included in the tax sale.
