When Lake County Police Sgt. Ray Borchert called four men early Saturday morning and told them he needed them right away to deliver some stolen cars to other parts of the country, he was sure they would be on time. The men - four known auto thieves - arrived about 30 minutes later and were promptly arrested, culminating a six-month auto-theft sting operation that has resulted in arrests and pending charges against 21 people.
