The bullies beating up Michigan schoolchildren for their milk money include some of the companies supplying the milk, Attorney General Frank Kelley said. He filed a lawsuit in federal court claiming conspiracy and collusion against 11 milk suppliers, including three from Indiana. He said the milk companies forced 242 Michigan school districts to pay millions more than necessary by rigging their bids for milk contracts. The state has about 560 districts.
