In one of its more important rulings this year, the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday made it easier for people to prove on-the-job sexual harassment. The court's decision revives a Tennessee woman's lawsuit against an ex-boss she accuses of harassment and throws out a lower court ruling that she had to prove severe psychological injury. Good.
