Are the scales that weigh Weight Watchers International clients subject to the same regulations - and state inspections - as those at the butcher shop? A state official thinks they are, but she'll have to go to court to prove it.

Indiana Weights and Measures supervisor Loretta Townsend said Tuesday a court injunction is needed to force Weight Watchers to let her inspect their scales.
