U.S. Rep. Andrew Jacobs Jr., D-Indianapolis, thinks $75,000 is enough salary for anybody. He is one of four Hoosier congressmen who do not accept part of their salaries. Jacobs, who has not accepted his full congressional pay for years, said he considers $75,000 "sufficient enough for any man or woman." He will return the balance to the U.S. Treasury.
