Who the heck is Scott Brooks?
That's what Bulls' fans were asking themselves after Tuesday night's 90-88 loss to Philadelphia.
Derek Smith's uncontested layup with one second left snapped the Sixers' three-game losing streak, but it was the 5-foot-11, 165-pound Brooks who had teammates whooping it up afterward.
"Good things do come in small packages," said All-Star forward Charles Barkley, held to 13 points, half his season average.
"Scotty certainly doesn't play like a rookie," said Smith, who also had 13 points.
