About 50 to 100 gallons of potentially dangerous anhydrous ammonia leaked from two connected 10,000-gallon tanks Tuesday at the Farm Bureau Co-Op, 400 S. Indiana 49, in Morgan Township south of Valparaiso.
No one was hurt in the morning incident at Malden and no evacuation was necessary. Members of the Morgan Township Volunteer Fire Department and the Porter County Hazardous Materials Team responded.
